The first myth about a guaranteed sale is the most popular recently. You know there are only two guarantees in live and neither have anything to do with real estate. The reality is that agents are not buying your home for top market value that you are lead to believe. If they purchase your home at all it is for 10-20% less than you could sale for on the open market. Next, the guarantee to sale your home time period is almost always more than the AVERAGE MLS days on the market. Now that is going out on a limb. And would you not expect more than average performance from a "Top" agent. I thing we can say without doubt this Myth is BUSTED!
